Extensive alterations and extensions to a detached property located on a plot with generous front and back gardens in Woking, GU22.
The brief for this detached house was to maximise its development potential as a family home. Working closely with the owners, a design was developed and planning consent obtained for internal alterations, single-storey front and rear extensions and a two-storey side extension under an altered roof form.
