A design challenge, working within the constraints of a conservation area and split-level living, this property was extensively altered to create a stylish, modern home packed with high-spec finishes and luxuries such as a garden studio. The intelligent design draws light into the previously dark basement level, creating views and connections to the terrace and raised garden.
