Located in a large end of terrace Victorian property in a conservation area in Chelsea, this ground and lower-ground floor flat was extensively altered and refurbished to a high specification to create a two bedroom apartment with an open plan kitchen/dining area and separate reception room.

The upper-ground level accommodates a master bedroom with en-suite, a second bedroom and separate bathroom. The newly formed kitchen/dining area faces onto a split-level garden and at the end of the garden a new build studio/outbuilding.
